XType Skids

Xtype skids are modular and, combined with our Xtype membrane housings, offer the most compact solution on the market. Xtype skids are customized to meet the unique requirements of each project. Our in-house automated production process utilizes high-grade stainless steel, advanced laser cutting machines, and precision automated welding robots, ensuring exceptional quality control, flexibility, and short lead times.

KEY FEATURES

Compact: Xtype Skids are designed to make optimum use of the available space and only require a very small footprint.
Customizable 3D Design: The standard Xtype Skid design is adapted to meet the specific customer requirements for each project.
Xtype Membrane Housings: Xtype skids feature exclusively Xtype membrane housings
Horizontal or Vertical configuration: Xtype membrane housings can be used within the skid in either a horizontal and/or vertical configuration, allowing maximum flexibility in port and manifold positioning.
High-Quality Manifolds: Xtype skids feature high-quality 316, duplex or superduplex stainless steel manifolds for outstanding performance and durability. Standard manifolds are available from 3 – 12 in.
Single and multi-stage:
Xtype skids can be used for single or mult-stage treatment processes, allowing for customized solutions to meet specific water treatment needs.
Bends, piping, flanges:Xtype skids feature durable 316, duplex or superduplex stainless steel fittings, piping and flanges, to DIN or ANSI standards, in either weld neck or lap joint versions, in Sch10s, 20s or 40s, and up to 12″ diameter as standard.
High pressure flexible couplings: 316, or duplex stainless steel couplings with EPDM gaskets and silicon bronze nuts to prevent seizing are used in combination with CNC machined grooved pipe for easy-installation and flexibility to compensate for elongation and stress caused by differences in material, temperature, and pressure.
Frame with adjustable feet: Adjustable 304 stainless steel feet are standard on each skid.
Skids assembled and pressure tested: Xtype skids are shipped fully assembled with the Xtype membrane housings, manifolds, piping, and fittings installed. These units can be pressure tested prior to shipment.
Stackable: Xtype skids can be stacked on top of each other, saving footprint for larger installation.
